With so many Short Sales and Foreclosures on the market, much has changed in the way we do business. I have closed many Short Sales as both a Listing and Buyer’s agent, and know how to navigate that challenging process. While it is difficult to sell today, it can be done – five of my listings in 2009 sold in an average of 16 days, for 96% of the initial asking price.

Community Involvement
Prior to real estate, I spent most of my career working as a professional staff member or consultant to major nonprofit groups. I have been involved in everything human services, health charities, animal welfare, conservation, historic preservation, youth development, and much more.
Today, my wife and I are involved in many local and national causes, from the Desert Foothills Land Trust and the Cave Creek Film and Arts Festival, to the American Red Cross and the Nature Conservancy.

I work mainly in the Northeast Valley -- Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree, Fountain Hills, and north Phoenix. When I can help clients in other parts of the Valley of the Sun, I am delighted to do so.
