The upper NE Valley, by my definition, is bounded roughly by the Loop 101 in the south, Cave Creek Rd to the west, the town of Cave Creek and the Tonto National Forest to the north. On the east, there is no clear definition -- my zip code lists will include homes well east of Pima and all the way through the Rio Verde Foothills to the town of Rio Verde, the Tonto Forest, and about 176th Street.
